Please note the following TERMS & CONDITIONS that apply to your stay in SKYE BEACH HOTEL.

1. CHECK IN is from 14.00 on the day of arrival. If due to late flight arrivals please let us know as soon as possible.
2. CHECK OUT is no later than 12.00 midday on the day of departure. Late check out can be arranged subject to availability and at additional charge. Late check out without prior agreement will be charged as an additional nights stay.
3. KEYS:  One key with key tag will be issued for each room and a refundable deposit of Baht 500 taken on check in. This will be returned on check out if the key and tag are returned to the reception desk undamaged. If the key and/or key tag is lost or returned damaged, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT: USD 500.
5. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Full payment for the booked period is payable on Check In and no refunds will be made for cancellations after that. Guests are advised to check with their travel insurance policies that they cover unexpected termination of their travel arrangements.
6. DAMAGES: SKYE BEACH HOTEL reserves the absolute right to commence any legal action or proceedings against a guest in relation to any damages to the rooms or to the property as a result of their stay. SKYE BEACH HOTEL also reserves the absolute right to charge the guest in cash and/or credit card and/or debit card for the said damages incurred to the rooms or to the property.
7. TERMINATION: SKYE BEACH HOTEL reserve the absolute right to refuse accommodation to any person or persons without any notice and may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances, including but not limited to, where such action is deemed necessary for safety or security; concern for any unlawful and/or unhealthy activities; disturbance which may cause a public nuisance which will affect the comfort of other guests of the hotel.
8. LIABILITY: SKYE BEACH HOTEL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests property left in, or damaged as a result of being in, the guest’s SKYE BEACH HOTEL room and/or property during the guests stay. SKYE BEACH HOTEL is not in a position to guarantee the guest’s safety against, but not limited to, accidents, death, acts of God, riot, theft or acts of negligence. Guests are advised to act in a prudent manner in relation to their surroundings, especially at night, and to ensure they are properly covered by their travel insurance.
9. SMOKING: SKYE BEACH HOTEL is a No Smoking Resort and smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all common areas.
